Contest runs from November 15, 2023 to January 15, 2024. Winner will be notified via email on January 20, 2024.
Official Contest Rules & Terms
How to Enter
1. Sign up for the Bellden Cafe newsletter using a valid email address
2. Post a photo on Instagram showing you enjoying the holiday season in Bellevue
3. Tag @belldencafe in your post
4. Keep your post public and active until January 20, 2024
Prize Details
• One (1) free drink per day for 365 days
• Maximum drink value: $7.00 per drink
• Total prize value not to exceed $2,555
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Unused daily drinks do not roll over
Winner Selection & Notification
• Winner will be randomly selected on January 20, 2024
• Winner will be notified via the email address provided during newsletter signup
• To claim the prize, winner must:
- Respond to the notification email within 7 days
- Provide a link to their qualifying Instagram post
- Present valid ID matching the contest entry name
- Sign a prize acceptance form
Eligibility
• Entrants must be 18 years or older
• Must be a resident of Washington state
• Instagram post must remain public and active from the time of posting until the end of the contest period (January 15, 2024)
• Employees of Bellden Cafe and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Limited to one entry per person
Additional Terms
• Prize redemption begins February 1, 2024 and ends January 31, 2025
• Bellden Cafe reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entries
• Invalid or incomplete entries will be disqualified
• Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes
• Void where prohibited by law
• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and grant Bellden Cafe permission to use their submission for marketing purposes
Privacy
• Entry information will be used in accordance with Bellden Cafe's privacy policy
• Email addresses collected will only be used for newsletter communications and winner notification
• Participants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (this will not affect contest entry)
