Chef Binh Ngo brings to the Bellden Social Club a rich culinary background, deeply influenced by the diverse cultures of Hawaii. A culinary school graduate, Chef Ngo honed his expertise at fine dining establishments, specializing in a harmonious blend of French techniques with Asian flavors—echoing Hawaii's multicultural heritage. His skill and creativity were further recognized during his tenure as sous chef at the James Beard award-winning restaurant, Nami Kaze. Recently, Chef Ngo moved to Seattle, seeking not only to expand his culinary horizons but also to explore opportunities in the tech industry. While cooking remains his fundamental passion, through private catering events, he aims to connect with individuals who share his enthusiasm for innovation, both in the kitchen and beyond.
