PorchLight Shelter Community Dinner: Uniting Hearts, Serving Hope
Imagine a table where every plate tells a story of compassion, connection, and community strength. On December 16th, the Bellden community has a powerful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors.
Join us from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at PorchLight Shelter at Eastgate Bellevue for an evening that proves the extraordinary power of coming together. Our very own Bellden Cafe owner, Claire, serves on the PorchLight Shelter board and has seen firsthand how small acts of kindness can create transformative change.
This isn't just a volunteer event. This is a movement.
What Makes This Special:
Serve warm, nutritious meals to shelter residents
Build genuine connections within our community
Demonstrate the incredible impact we can have when we stand together
Show support for our most vulnerable neighbors
No special skills needed—just bring your heart, your smile, and your willingness to make a difference. Whether you're chopping vegetables, serving plates, or simply offering a kind word, you become part of something bigger than yourself.
Who Can Join:
Community members aged 16 and older
Individuals passionate about making a difference
Anyone who believes in the power of compassion
Hosted in partnership with PorchLight Shelter and championed by Bellden Cafe's leadership, this event is a testament to what we can achieve when a community truly cares.
